The 7^th annual Magrath Triathlon takes place on Saturday, July 17, 2010.  Participation in this open water event will earn you "I Swam the Dam" bragging rights as the course opens with a St. Mary Reservoir swim, and continues with a bike and run that wind through the prairie landscape of the community of Magrath, Alberta.

This fun, family and community triathlon is gathering speed this year as we hope to see a substantial increase in the number of participants, while maintaining the comfortable feel of a small-town event. 

With Sprint and Olympic distances, as well as team participation, the Magrath Triathlon provides an opportunity for anyone over the age of 16 to participate in this growing sport. Magrath is located 40 km south of Lethbridge on highway 5.
